1. Service Capacities
Services are provided by MR Labs in two capacities: (a) Advisory / Consulting regarding business strategy, and (b) Platform Access via Flow Core. Your engagement may include one or both roles.
2. Professional Reliance
While MR Labs provides expert advice, the final decision to implement any strategy remains with the Client. We are not liable for business outcomes resulting from the Client's adoption of our recommendations or automated paths.

You agree not to use the platform to transmit any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, or otherwise objectionable material. Spamming or violation of carrier regulations is strictly prohibited.
5. AI Performance & Accuracy
The Flow Core platform utilises non-deterministic AI. The Client acknowledges that AI may produce errors or "hallucinations." It is the Client's strict responsibility to monitor and audit all AI-generated outputs. MR Labs is not liable for damages caused by incorrect AI responses.
